How AgenticAssure collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our website and services.

Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how AgenticAssure ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information in connection with our website at agenticassure.ai (the "Site") and our products and services (collectively, the "Services"). If you are a business customer, your order form or master services agreement may include additional or overriding terms about data processing.

Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and account data. Name, work email, company name, job title, phone number, and similar details you provide when you request a demo, create an account, subscribe to updates, or correspond with us.
- Service and usage data. Log and diagnostic information related to your use of the Services (timestamps, IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP).
- Support and communications. Information you include in support tickets, surveys, sales calls, or other messages to us.
- Payment data. Billing contact details and payment information processed by our payment processors, we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Customer content. If you use our platform to test or analyze AI systems, you may submit prompts, model outputs, configurations, or other materials ("Customer Content"). We process Customer Content to provide the Services as described in your agreement.
Cookies and local storage
We use a small set of first-party and third-party analytics tools on the Site to understand traffic and improve the product. When we run paid advertising campaigns, we may also use conversion measurement tags to understand which ads led to sign-ups or other actions.

- Google Ads (when enabled). Conversion measurement for paid campaigns, configured through the same Google tag when an Ads conversion ID is active.
- PostHog (EU). Product analytics (pageviews, clicks, funnels). Data is processed in the EU. See PostHog's privacy policy.
- Microsoft Clarity. Heatmaps and session insights to improve usability. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
- Strictly necessary technologies. Our infrastructure providers may process technical request data to deliver and secure the Site.
- Third-party links. If you click links to third-party services, your interaction with them is governed by their own privacy and cookie notices.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services;
- Process transactions, send administrative messages, and provide customer support;
- Communicate about products, events, and educational content (with opt-out where required);
- Monitor and protect the security and integrity of our systems and users;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms;
- Analyze usage in aggregate or de-identified form to plan improvements.
Legal bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, and legal obligation.
